Every Great Collection Starts with Refinement: An Australian Client’s Activewear Journey with Arabella Clothing
Amid the heatwave of CrossFit 2026, Arabella's office was also getting crowded: we kept receiving client visits last week. After another internal expansion and update of our garments workshop, it is evident that our clients took another look at Arabella Clothing.
Among these client visits, we would like to share the story of one team from Australia. They had experience in work wear already and now are expanding their new category - performance apparel designed for men. And Arabella Clothing has become one of their main activewear suppliers. This time, they came for checking their bulk products.
Activewear Prototyping Refinement Creates Better Performance
There is always a better solution for your first activewear collection. So it is with our client. Even though they had placed a bulk order for their first polo shirts, they still want to improve it into a better version. Targeting to a better fit, our client needed to try the sample on. And soon our mock-up team and sales representative pointed out the problem of sleeves and gave suggestions to revise the polo's fit in their next collection.
Apart from the prototypes, our team also explored new possibilities for their upcoming running apparel collection designed for marathon athletes. Arabella team had introduced some product solutions based on the developing experience of running apparel, such as seamless bonded collar and perforated mesh fabrics for running t-shirts. Our clients took them as available options for their new collections.
Bulk Production Inspection: Ensuring Quality Beyond Samples
After the expansion, Arabella's factory space has increased by about 2000 ㎡. This extra space has been used for a greater warehouse, fabric cutting team and our new showroom.
Even though we have collaborated for a while, our clients were still amazed by our new factory, especially our management of their finished products. So with our new deployment of each process, including our schedule, Arabella had another client visit on the same day.
Due to the client's tight schedule, they were unable to fully explore the beauty of Xiamen. However, they mentioned that the coastal atmosphere reminded them of Sydney, with both cities sharing a unique connection with the ocean. However, the Arabella team sent them some local specialties to make up their missed experience in Xiamen. We have already planned another opportunity to enjoy the coastal breeze together, whether in Australia or Xiamen.
