The Second Visit: Four Solutions Led to Another Leap of Trust
Except touring our new facility, our client was back here to check their chosen fabrics and accessories for their bulk products, delivery and sizes. Based on Arabella Clothing's past experience in serving activewear brands and the client’s concerns, Arabella Clothing's sales team had provided corresponding solutions targeting to solve our client's problems timely and efficiently.

1.Fabrics of Prototypes & Pre-production Samples
Our client gave us feedback of different tactility between the first prototype and the pre-production sample, which actually is a common problem when it comes to stock fabric application.
Stock fabric often becomes the top choice for activewear startups. They undoubtedly come with a cheap price and are the fastest option for production or prototyping, enabling brands to start production within a lower and flexible order quantity, if brands are limited by their project budgets or want to lower the risk for their initial launch. Though, comparing to custom fabrics, stock fabrics might come with unstable quality among different batches. An on-site try-on has always been the top choice especially when confirming the size and fits. However, given it is costly for some startup brands, Arabella Clothing team also updates a database of our common size chart and garment fit regularly. Our mock-up team is capable of recommending fit and size references based on our clients'country and their past experience, helping our client minimize the cost of prototyping.
3.Delivery & Transportation
Due to the unstable geopolitics situation of the Middle East, Arabella team reminded our client of arranging the delivery methods ahead. We suggested our client to consult local logistics company, also provided some logistics partners that Arabella Clothing already cooperated with, which praised by our client greatly.
4.Accessories
Our client was seeking a possibility of changing accessories to upgrade their collection, which was reasonable. However, given the order had been in process and the cost, our team still didn't suggest the change happen in this order. However, Arabella Clothing still summarized the changing ideas from our clients and suggested to utilize them into next order. Our client took the advise and anticipated an upgrade of their products.
