A Good Start & Firm Foundation in the Fitness Market
Our Colombian client has founded a fitness app for fitness enthusiasts during the pandemic in South America, when lockdown happened and gym-goers had their problems. By uploading workout tutorials and training videos covering multiple sports and fitness programs, the platform quickly gained popularity and attracted massive users among local fitness communities. As the brand audience expanded, our client decided to launch their private-labeled activewear collection to further connect with their users, as well as to solve these gym-goers pain points when working out.

After a long-time sourcing on the internet, our client found Arabella eventually through our official website. Conquering the Difficulties of Activwear Collection: Finding the Perfect Fabrics, Fits and Packages
One of the biggest focuses during the visit was garment fitting and pattern refinement, which was the main reason why our client visited us second time. Our client anticipated a higher standard in garment patterns out of silhouette and body fits when users start training, especially for compression activewear pieces. Arabella's designing and patterning team gave full support to cooperate with our client. What made this collaboration memorable was the smoothness and efficiency of communication between both teams. Eventually, after rounds of careful adjustments, the final fits achieved exactly the body-contouring performance the client expected. Arabella team had received a rewarding smile and compliments in this collaboration.
Among all pieces, one long sleeve training T-shirt became the most technically challenging style. Due to the fabric characteristics, the original fabric could not deliver a close-to-body fitting effect required for high-intensity workout performance as our clients expected. To solve this issue, our development team reproduced four different sample versions and replaced the fabric composition entirely to optimize stretch recovery and wearing comfort.
Beyond garment production itself, sustainability was also an important topic during the meetings. For branding accessories and packaging, Arabella Clothing recommended environmentally friendly solutions including raw paper hangtags and recycled bio-based polybags. As more emerging fitness brands seek sustainable activewear manufacturing partners, eco-conscious packaging has become an increasingly valuable part of brand storytelling.
A Happy Ending in this Visit & A New Expectation in Our Future Activewear Line
This five-day collaboration was more than a sample development meeting. It represented a great beginning of a new fitness apparel brand journey built through trust, fast communication, technical problem-solving, and shared passion for sportswear innovation. We exchanged gifts each other before their departure.
